My only complaint is it will not forward calls to an international number. I have found a solution to having my calls forwarded from my phone number in the United States to my cell phone in China. Purchase a phone number on Skype. Forward calls from Google voice to Skype then forward calls from Skype to China mobile. I hope Guangzhou is treating you well Fisher!
